Hakobu — Carry the water without spilling

A 3D browser game where you keep walking forward on your own, holding a tray with one glass of water on it. Steps, rolling ground and corners rock the tray from side to side; slide your finger left or right (or use the arrow keys) to tilt the tray against the sway and keep the water level. One second before each step, a mark appears at your feet and beside the tray on the side that will drop — leaning the other way before the jolt works far better than catching it afterwards. Water spills whenever its surface leans past the limit, and the run ends if the glass runs dry. There are three 30-second paths — short, regular and winding — and the water left at the finish (%) is saved on your device as your best for each path. Every path is built so the sway can always be fully cancelled within the tray's tilt range, and doing nothing spills it all before the end.

How to play

  1. Put a finger on the screen and slide it left or right to tilt the tray that way (slide right and the right side goes down). Let go and it levels out
  2. Touch to start walking. Steps, rolling ground and corners rock the tray — tilt the other way to cancel it
  3. One second before each step, a ▼ appears at your feet and beside the tray on the side that drops. Lean a little the other way before the jolt and nothing spills
  4. When the dot on the level at the bottom goes into the red, water spills. Tilt toward the dot to level out. The water left at the finish (%) is your score
